Every Day is a Party Day

Our experienced event planners have all the ingredients to whip up the perfect celebration; just save the date and invite upto 25 little party guests, let us do the rest. 

We will close to the public; our unique playroom and other facilities are available for the exclusive enjoyment of you and your guests.  

Our Village Cafe will be open, serving a full menu for the convenience of your guests; alternatively, adult catering can be provided on request.

*Our private hire option for play dates and small groups is not an alternative to children's party packages.

We host parties every day; weekends are most popular, when we offer specific 2 hour slots 

between 11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm- 7pm.

We can offer more flexibility on weekdays, with party slots available from 3.30pm; we will do 

our best to accomodate you outside of these hours. 

Each party lasts 2 hours, including arrival, departure and food service. 

We kindly ask that you stick to the schedule so that the next party can begin on time.

Should 2 hours of play and party not be enough for your little people, please ask in advance 

if your party length can be extended.

We have devised a choice of packages so you can  give your little person  the very best party to suit your needs and your budget. You may have your own ideas, that is perfectly fine too, we will work with you to create the party and the package that you want. 

Prices above are based on your 1st 10 child guests; additional guests will be quoted on request. All packages include:

Capacity

For a comfortable, safe experience we limit child party guests to a maximum of 26, including your own child. Bigger guests are welcome too;  if you plan to have more than an average of 2 adults per child please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Balloons and Decorations

Our neutral decor lends itself to any colour and design; whatever your ideas and your budget, our 

in-house team from leading events company, Gracie's, will work with you to create a bespoke party with balloons, decorations and accessories,every bit as special as you imagine.

You are welcome to supply your balloons or decorations, our team will dress the party room for you; bring them with you or arrange a convenient time to have them delivered.

Birthday Cake

With a professional baker of on our team, we are able to offer speciality celeration cakes made to your specification. Please give a minimum of 8 weeks notice for this service. You are welcome to supply your own celebration cake, just bring it along on the day.

We are happy to slice and serve your celebration cake; if you require slices to be individually wrapped for guests to take home, we do ask that you supply suitable wrapping, boxes or bags.

Entertainment

You are welcome to arrange entertainment for your child's party, we are happy to make recommendations from trusted providers. We have found the best time for entertainers to arrive is after food service which is approximately 45 minutes into your party.

We are 5 minutes walk from Prescot Town Centre, situated in the old Prescot Gospel Hall on the corner of Evans Street, as it meets Moss Street.

Weekday Parking
Parking outside our building and surrounding streets is for residents only Monday to Friday.

The local council have afforded  us a limited number of parking permits; if you require reservation for specific guests due to illness or disibility, please let us know in advance.

Weekend Parking
Parking restrictions are not imposed at weekends however spaces are limited; we ask guests to be mindful that this is a residential area.
