Your child's party, as special as you want it to be.
Our experienced party planners have all the ingredients for a perfect party, all you need to do is save the date and invite upto 25 little party guests!
With one of our children's parties, we can take the reins while you and your guests enjoy the excitement of our unique playroom. Invite your guests with the confidence our venue is clean, bright and welcoming. Our play centre is closed to the public during your party, you have exclusive use of our playroom, Village Cafe and facilities.

Our parties are fuss free, with a choice of tiered packages, each including the essential elements to host a great party. If you would like to change, add, or simply create your own package, we are happy to work with you.

All parties include 2 hours private play for upto 26 little people. Party length can be extended on request, subject to availability.
Children's food and drinks are included in the cost of our parties. Ahead of your chosen date, we will be in touch to discuss preferences, dietary requirements and any suitable alternatives.

If you would like to provide food and drinks for your bigger guests, adult catering is available by arrangement.
Our neutral decor lends itself to any colour and design; whatever your ideas and your budget, our team from leading events company, Gracie's will work with you to create a bespoke party, every bit as special as you imagine.
When You Book Your Party
Exclusive Hire
During your child's party, you will have exclusive use of our playroom, Village Cafe and facilities. To prepare for your guests, you and your little person are welcome to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your allocated party time. If you have party supplies to drop or have delivered, please get in touch to arrange a convenient time.
* Our private hire option for play dates and small groups is not an alternative to children's party packages.
Party Booking
Secure the date for your little person's special day with a deposit of £50.00. We are happy for you to spread the cost; your balance and final numbers will be required 7 days in advance. Please contact us for availability.
* Deposits are non refunable but may be transferred to another date if available.
Party Times
Our standard party times are Monday to Friday, anytime after 3.30pm or choose an allocated party slot at the weekend: 11am-1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm.
If these times are not suitable, please get in touch, we will do our best to accomodate your requirements.
Party Length
Children's parties last 2 hours, this includes arrival, departure and food service. We do kindly ask that you stick to the schedule so that the next party can start on time. If 2 hours of play and party is not enough for your little people, please ask if your party length to be extended.
About Your Guests
Guest numbers
So all your guests can enjoy a comfortable and safe party experience we limit child party guests to a maximum of 26 including your child. Along with your small guests, we are happy to welcome your big guests too; we just ask if you plan to have more than an average of 2 adults per child that you let us know 24 hours in advance.
Siblings
We want all your little people to feel happy and included, however we realise it can be difficult
when an accompanying adult needs to bring along a young sibling who is not a party guest. If the sibling is 6 or under and the party host is happy, we will charge £10.00 for the child to stay, play and eat; please contact us ahead of time to check capacity.
Food
All our party packages include a choice of children's food and drinks. Catering for adults can be provided on request; alternatively our Village Kitchen will be open throughout your party to purchase hot or cold drinks, light bites, snacks and sweet treats. If you would like to open a tab for your guests, please let us know on arrival.
* We do politely ask you not to bring any food or drinks to serve to your guests at the play centre. Full catering packages can be provided and we do offer allergy friendly alternatives on request.
A Special as Your Want It
Party Room
Our Village Cafe doubles as our party room, it will be accessorised to make it as elaborate or as simple as you want it to be. For parties of 20 children or less, we use chunky child sized tables and chairs; situated in the centre of the room, this allows plenty of space to move around and has adult seating at the sides. For parties of over 20 children, our standard tables, chairs and high chairs will be arranged to provide the most comfortable arrangement for all your guetsts.
Party Decorations
A choice of themed tableware is provided with your party package; our in-house events team from Gracie's can provide party balloons and decorations to compliment your theme. You are welcome to supply your balloons or decorations, our team will dress the party room for you; bring them with you or arrange a convenient time to have them delivered.
Cakes
Children's party food includes a small slice of freshly baked school cake. With a professional baker of 42 years on our team, we also offer speciality celebration cakes made to your specification; please give a minimum of 8 weeks notice for this service. You are welcome to supply your own celebration cake, just bring it along on the day.
We are happy to slice and serve your celebration cake; if you require slices to be individually wrapped for guests to take home, we do ask that you supply suitable wrapping, boxes or bags.
Entertainment
You are welcome to arrange entertainment for your child's party, we are happy to make recommendations from trusted providers. We have found the best time for entertainers to arrive is after food service which is approximately 45 minutes into your party.
