Introducing Flo and Grow
Flo and Grow use a language babies and children understand to provide relaxed, engaing, fun classes. Baby massage empowers parents to connect with their baby through the magic of touch; meanwhile children aged 3-6 years are introduced to yoga through stories, songs and games.
The passion and drive behind this gorgeous business is specialist teacher, Chloe. With 10 years experience working within the early years sector, Chloe is inspired to offer our early years generation the best possible start in life. Chloe helps steer the journey, supporting parents and other care givers to lay the foundations, fundamental to this stage of development, for babies and children to thrive throughout their lifetime.

Chloe uses baby massage to focus on the bonding journey between you and your baby.
Born with their sense of touch developed, almost all babies feel a need to be close to their parent or care giver, helping them to feel safe and secure.
Hands on, skin to skin tecniques help demonstrate care and respect; express love and affection; and develop a deeper attachment between you and your baby.
Baby Massage Courses with Flo and Grow
To guarantee your privacy and comfort, our playroom, cafe and facilities are strictly for the use of course attendees only; Family and Friends closes to the public while hosting Flo and Grow Baby Massage.
Accredited instructor, Chloe will facilitate a flexible, enjoyable experience, guided by the needs of your baby; supporting you on you journey to build an unbreakable bond through baby massage.
Ahead of your arrival, Chloe wiill prepare our spacious playroom; creating a calm, tranquil, relaxed space where you and your baby can appreciate quality time making memories to cherish.
Chloe will provide everything you need for an enjoyable experience, this includes:

🤎 Massage oil suitable for use on baby skin
🤎 A small basket of engaging toys and activities
🤎 A battery operated tea light
🤎 Supportive sequence sheets to practice at home.
At the end of each session, we invite you to stay to enjoy a complimentary drink from our Village Cafe whilst your baby sleeps off the effects of a super relaxed morning!
What to Expect
Each Baby Massage course consists of 5 consecutive weekly sessions delivered to a small, closed group of like minded adults wanting to communicate with their baby through touch.
During the course, you will:
1. Spend intentional quality time with your baby, fostering communication and strengthening the emotional bond between you.
2. Learn massage techniques for individual body parts, weekly; working toward full body massage by week 5.
3. Learn additional massage sequences best suited when baby is teething or is experiencing colic.
4. Learn how skin to skin contact can improve babies health.
